We have been very lucky to have
some Japanese students visiting our school.
Moe came to our class.
She taught us how to make a ball out of paper.

it is Easy Origami. Was blowing up the balls fun? We will tell you how to get on to the website. Just go to google and type in Easy Origami or just go to our blog and do a search for origami - then you'll find it. Our friend's mum comes from Japan. From Charlotte and Alex.
Dear room 16 why do you have visitors from Japan? Are your visitors students or grown ups? Do you learn Japanese at Hamilton East? At Craigburn we learn German.

ReplyDeleteThe Japanese students visited us for two weeks. They were 13 and 14 year olds. They came to our school to learn English.
Thanks for the tip on the 'Easy Origami' website. We had a look at what you had made. You are all so clever, it looks like you had a lot of fun. We are all going to have a go at making one of the animals. Mrs McK wants to make a penguin like 'Happy Feet'. Thanks for your help.
